My name is LaCresha (aka Yatab)  I'm a wife and Mother of 7 beautiful children. I'm located in Central Florida (Orlando). I completed my Doula Training through Commonsense Childbirth Institute in 2023. I've chosen this path as a first step in becoming a Mid Wife. I understand the obstacles we as black birthing women face in the birth rooms. I want to make a difference in my work and provide a space for black mothers to be held, loved, and nurtured while also giving support and empowerment. It brings me great joy to know I can provide a service to black families and provide informed assistance in decision making.
